(1)     These Continuing Education Courses are being organised and conducted by ‘Sue Taji Dental’ (referred to as “the Organiser”).

(2)     This event has been APPROVED by the Dental Practice Board of Victoria for up to 14 Hours CPD credit.  A certificate stating CPD HOURS completed will be issued to each participant. Completion of a two day course entitles the registering dentist to a maximum of 14 hours of CPD Credit comprising 12 hours Scientific Activity CPD credit and 2 hours Infection Control CPD.

      (3)     This event has been APPROVED by the New Zealand Dental Association.  NZDA course accreditation  

                does not imply promotion or endorsement of the contents of any course.  Attendees need to use

                professional judgement to assess the validity and usefulness of techniques, materials or therapeutic

                products to their own practice.    

(4)     Any registered participant whose cancellation is received in writing at least twenty (20) business days prior to a course for which the participant is registered for will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee. 

(5)      Any registered participant who cancels his or her registration within twenty (20) business days prior to a course for which the participant is registered for will not receive a refund of the registration fee.

(6)     The Organiser reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. 

(7)     The Organiser and its organising committee do not accept any responsibility or liability regarding the content and material presented at any of the continuing education courses.  Each presenter is free to present his/her own material to best address the course topics as they see fit.

(8)     If at any time a course is cancelled, any fees paid to the Organiser by any registered participant will be refunded in full.  The Organiser will have no further responsibilities nor be liable for any loss of income or cancellation fees of travel arrangements or accommodation or other monies expended by the participants.

(9)     If a speaker is unable to present due to health and/or other reasons, the organisers reserve the right to arrange a new speaker and/or ask an existing speaker to present the topic on their behalf.

(10)    All fees and monies referred to on the website and in advertising material are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified.

(11)   The websites, brochures and advertising materials are correct at the time of printing.  However, the Organiser reserves the right to make any additions, omissions, or alterations from time to time.

(12)   The Organiser and presenters do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury of any participant or damage to or loss of their personal property at any of the seminar venues.  All participants should take their own necessary travel and other insurances.

(13)   A Link from this website does not mean that the Organiser endorses a particular site. 

(14)   Stamford Plaza is offering registered delegates accommodation at conference rates subject to room             availability.  Delegates are to book accommodation directly through the hotel should they chose to           

           stay at this venue during the event.

(15)   The first 150 delegates to register for the event at Stamford Plaza will  receive a complimentary                        seafood buffet lunch.  Further delegates will be provided an alternative lunch.
